In this instructor-led Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications (CLICA) course students will learn collaboration applications, including single sign-on, Cisco Unified IM and Presence, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express, and application clients.

This course prepares students for the Cisco CCNP Collaboration concentration exam – CLICA. Passing this exam along with the CCNP Collaboration core exam, CLCOR, will earn students the Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification.

Who Should Attend This Course

This course prepares students for the Cisco CCNP Collaboration: CLICA exam, which is a concentration exam. This exam, in tandem with the Collaboration core exam, will earn students the CCNP Collaboration certification.

This instructor-led training course is also meant for:

  • Network administrators
  • Network engineers
  • Systems engineers


None, but we highly recommend that students have:

  • Completed the Cisco CCNP Collaboration CLCOR course and/or exam, or have equivalent experience
  • Basics of digital interfaces, Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTNs), and Voice over IP (VoIP)
  • Fundamental knowledge of converged voice and data networks and Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployment
