In this 40-minute course, you will learn about requesting, identifying, and providing disability, pregnancy, and religious accommodations. This course covers the ADA, the PWFA and similar state and local laws that require employers to provide reasonable disability, pregnancy, and religious accommodations to employees and applicants. After completing this course, you will understand the various types of accommodations laws and accommodation requests, and you will know how to recognize and respond to requests for accommodations.
