Welcome to ‘Honesty and Integrity and Whistleblowing,’ a video lesson that explains the last two of the five main ethics issues addressed in this video course. This lesson is the third of seven in the ‘Ethics Essentials’ video course meant to teach employees about the fundamentals of ethics and explain how ethics should be handled in the workplace. Throughout this lesson, viewers will learn the importance of maintaining honesty and integrity at work and learn how to recognize warning signs of an unethical organizational culture. In addition, learners will come to realize the ethical imperative to be a whistleblower when organizations are acting unethically and/or illegally.
