Bank Secrecy Act Basics

Welcome to the “Bank Secrecy Act Basics” course which gives employees of financial institutions a preliminary understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and some of its requirements. This course, comprising of three lessons, discusses the enforcing bureaus of the BSA, as well as mandated forms like the Suspicious Activity Report, Currency Transaction Report, and Designation of Exempt Person.
