Welcome to the “Additional Requirements” lesson which covers some general reports required by the Bank Secrecy Act. This lesson is the third of three in the “Bank Secrecy Act Basics” course, which gives financial institution employees a preliminary overview of the BSA and its mandated forms. After viewing this lesson, financial institution employees will understand the basic requirements of the Registration of Money Services Business form, the Report of International Transportation of Currency or Monetary Instruments, the Monetary Instrument Log, and the Customer Due Diligence Rule.
