Basic Computer Skills

Welcome to the “Basic Computer Skills” course designed to help employees learn the basics of using a computer. This course, comprising four lessons, introduces computer input and output devices, the basics of operating systems, network connections, and describes how to use internet browsers. After this course, viewers will be able to identify and use input and output devices, manage file organization, navigate the desktop and menus to open programs, perform basic troubleshooting for network connections, and use a browser to access the internet.
