Basic Computer Skills: Using Additional Devices

Welcome to the “Using Additional Devices” lesson intended to help learners understand how to use devices to interact with the computer. This lesson is the first of four in the “Basic Computer Skills” course, which helps employees improve their understanding of how to use a computer and provides the groundwork for greater independence when using a computer. In this lesson, viewers will learn how to use devices to control a cursor and the difference between input and output devices. After viewing, learners will understand how to move a cursor with a mouse or touchpad, navigate using left and right clicks, use a keyboard, and how to control volume for a headset.
