Complex Problem Solving

Welcome to the Complex Problem Solving video course meant to teach learners how to critically evaluate and resolve messy organizational problems. This course, which comprises five video lessons, discusses the nature and characteristics of complex problems. In addition, it describes the role of systems thinking in complex problem solving, as well as how to use causal loop diagrams to document a complex system. Finally, this course highlights four types of complex problems organizations often contend with in this day and age.
