Welcome to the “Conflict Management Styles” video lesson meant to describe how different conflict management styles can be used effectively. This lesson is the second of three in the “Conflict Management Crash Course” series, which explores what causes conflict, how people deal with it, and how it can be managed productively. This lesson introduces the learner to the five conflict management styles outlined in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Model. Each style mentioned in this lesson has its merits, and all are necessary for productive conflict management.
