Welcome to the topic of continuous quality improvement (CQI)! CQI: Charts is a video course that describes a variety of charts that are useful for measuring and analyzing performance to continuously improve quality. This video lesson, Determining Trend Lines, is the second of eight. During this lesson, viewers will learn what a trend is, as well as common ways to identify a trend line. Ultimately, learners will be able to use methods from linear regression to scatter charts to determine trend lines.
