Continuous Quality Improvement: Diagrams

Welcome to the topic of continuous quality improvement (CQI)! This video course, CQI: Diagrams, provides diagramming tools that can be added to your CQI toolkit. The five video lessons in this series explain five different kinds of diagrams that can be used to analyze and improve your business processes. By the end of this course, the viewer will know when to use which diagram, as well as how to analyze them for their organization’s benefit.
