Continuous Quality Improvement: Statistics

Welcome to the topic of continuous quality improvement (CQI)! This video course, CQI: Statistics, is meant to explain how statistics can be analyzed and used for improving workplace processes. The five video lessons in this series cover how to calculate and interpret measures of central tendency, the normal distribution, and standard deviation in data sets. This course provides statistical tools that you can apply to many aspects of your CQI initiatives.
