CQI Toolkit: Kaizen

Welcome to the “CQI Toolkit: Kaizen” video lesson meant to explain how to incrementally improve all functions in an organization. This video lesson is part of the “Continuous Quality Improvement Toolkit,” which guides learners in constantly enhancing and optimizing their work processes. Throughout this lesson, learners will become familiar with the two types of kaizen and consider how to implement a kaizen event in six steps. Viewers will also learn about the five common elements of kaizen and evaluate how kaizen is different from Lean and Six Sigma.
