Emotional Intelligence Crash Course

Welcome to the “Emotional Intelligence Crash Course” designed to take the viewer through the basic process of developing emotional intelligence. This course, comprising four video lessons, outlines how to understand and apply emotional intelligence throughout the viewer’s life. First, the learner must know about the theory of multiple intelligences and how emotional intelligence factors in so that they can understand what to look for and improve in themselves. Once basic understanding is achieved, the viewer learns how to apply emotional intelligence broadly through social awareness, and directly through personal and professional relationships. Finally, the course concludes by exploring the DISC model and its relationship to emotional intelligence.
