Employee Performance Reviews

Welcome to the “Employee Performance Reviews” course intended to help employees prepare for their yearly performance reviews. This course, comprising four lessons, gives viewers the tools they need to prepare for, execute, and follow-up with their performance review. Learners will also get topic areas to reflect on beforehand, guidelines around completing a self-evaluation, and tips for how to manage anxiety and vague feedback. After viewing, learners will be better equipped to tackle the review process and wow their manager!
