Employee Performance Reviews: How to Prepare

Welcome to the “How to Prepare” lesson intended to give employees some topic areas to reflect on before their appraisal. This lesson is the first of four in the “Employee Performance Reviews” course, which gives employees the tools they need to prepare for a performance review. In this lesson, viewers will also learn some helpful practices they can include in their weekly routine to better prepare for their review. After viewing, learners will have a list of key areas they should think about before they write their self-appraisal or sit down with their manager.
