Welcome to ‘Ethical Communication,’ a video lesson that describes how miscommunications occur, ways they negatively impact workplace relationships and reputations, and methods for mitigating them. This lesson is the fourth of seven in the ‘Ethics Essentials’ video course meant to teach employees about the fundamentals of ethics and explain how ethics should be handled in the workplace.
