Family, Medical, and Other Protected Leave (FMLA)

In this 25-minute course, you will learn how to recognize FMLA situations and gain an understanding of your role in helping your organization comply with the law. After completing this course, you will understand the requirements of FMLA, and you will be able determine which employees are eligible for FMLA and other protected leave (and the conditions for which leave may be taken). You will also learn the steps you need to take when you learn of qualifying leave and in when you need to contact HR for guidance.
