Four Levels of Management

Welcome to the ‘Four Levels of Management’ video lesson meant to describe the different layers of management that exist within an organizational structure. This lesson is the second of four in the ‘Management Basics’ video course meant to lay the foundation for understanding what it means to be and succeed as a manager in any organization. At the very top, there are executives who must focus on the big picture. At the bottom, you have the supervisors, or frontline managers, who must be effective coaches for their team members. And, there’s everything in between. From this lesson, viewers will come to understand the importance of each level of management in the broader scheme of the organization.
