Welcome to the “Grief at Work: Supporting Your Employees” video lesson intended to provide steps for managers to take to help their grieving employees. This lesson provides six best practices for what managers can do during these difficult times, from managing expectations to understanding the complexity of the grieving process. Additionally, this lesson also specifies what responsibilities managers have when one of their employees has died as well as what realities they will need to be aware of in the workplace.
