A Harassment-Free Workplace for Employees (Maine)

Welcome to the “A Harassment-Free Workplace (Maine)” course designed to educate employees on how to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment by addressing and preventing harassment in all forms. This course, comprising 10 lessons, discusses key topics such as bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, bystander intervention, sex and gender issues, reporting procedures, and prevention practices. Throughout each lesson, this course equips viewers with knowledge, tools, and resources to take a stand against inappropriate behavior. Through the use of real-life examples, interactive scenarios, and actionable tips, employees in every role can feel confident in their ability to contribute to a harassment-free workplace.
