Welcome to the “A Harassment-Free Workplace for Federal Supervisors” course, designed to educate federal contractor supervisors on how to foster a respectful work environment by addressing and preventing harassment in all forms. This course, comprising 13 lessons, discusses key topics such as bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, bystander intervention, reporting procedures, and prevention practices. Throughout each lesson, this course equips viewers with knowledge, tools, and resources to take a stand against inappropriate behavior. Through the use of real-life examples, interactive scenarios, and actionable tips, supervisors in every role can feel confident in their ability to contribute to a harassment-free workplace. This course was designed with federal contractors in mind and is not intended to provide information on state or local nondiscrimination and anti-harassment requirements. It is the responsibility of the organization to ensure this course meets their specific training requirements. Organizations should consult with their legal counsel to verify compliance with specific requirements applicable to their organization.
