Lead by Listening

Welcome to the “Lead by Listening” video lesson intended to demonstrate how to become a better listener and, thereby, become a better leader as well. First, the viewer will learn how to become a great listener with four keys steps, from showing interest to feeding it back in the conversation. Then, this lesson covers tips for improving listening skills in general, especially when speaking with subordinates.
