Leadership and Empowerment

Welcome to the Leadership and Empowerment video course meant to show leaders how to empower their employees in order to increase productivity, engagement, and customer satisfaction. It comprises six video lessons that describe what empowerment is, ways to prepare your organization for the effort, and how to implement empowerment initiatives successfully. After completing this course, the viewer will be able to create a workplace culture of empowered employees.
