Lean: The Basics (Manufacturing)

Welcome to “Lean: The Basics” video lesson meant to introduce learners to the goal of Lean and the concept of waste. This lesson is the first of five in the “Lean: Doing More with Less (Manufacturing Version)” video course, which proposes ways to eliminate waste in the processes at your organization. In this lesson, viewers will learn about the eight types of waste, as well as the common symptoms of waste.
