Management Basics

Welcome to the ‘Management Basics’ video course meant to lay the foundation for understanding what it means to be and succeed as a manager in any organization. This course comprises four video lessons that provide an overview of management theory, describe the different managerial levels, and explain a variety of leadership do’s and don’ts. After completing this course, learners will have a greater appreciation for how far management training has progressed in the last century, as well as a greater understanding of what it takes to be an effective manager.
