Welcome to the “Managing Up” video lesson meant to help learners influence their boss to ensure they’re both as productive and successful at work as possible. This one-off lesson describes what managing up entails, when you should do it, and how you can do it effectively. Ultimately, learners should feel confident in their ability to make their boss’s job easier and be strategically assertive to take control of their own productivity.
