Managing Difficult Employees

Employees who demonstrate disruptive behaviors can have a negative impact on the workplace and therefore need to be managed. This 20-minute course prepares managers to identify, address and appropriately document problem behaviors, so they feel confident handling difficult-employee situations should they encounter them.
