Predictive Index Assessment

Welcome to the “Predictive Index Assessment” course where we talk about the Predictive Index Assessment and how it can be used in the workplace. This course, comprising of two lessons, will look at the four drives that make up the Predictive Index Assessment: dominance, extraversion, patience, and formality. Viewers will also learn about the 17 possible profiles and how to work with people of each classification. After viewing, learners will have a general understanding of the Predictive Index Assessment and how to use its results in the workplace.
