Professionalism 101

Welcome to the “Professionalism 101” video lesson intended to help learners make a good impression at work, regardless of how informal their role or how casual their dress code! In this one-off lesson, viewers will learn professionalism to-do’s, which range from dressing for success to keeping calm in the face of frustration. Learners will also review some professionalism to-don’ts, including don’t lie, don’t gossip, and don’t get too personal. Ultimately, viewers should understand the basics for presenting themselves professionally at work.
