Welcome to the topic of mastering project management! This video course, Project Implementation, comprises five video lessons and discusses how to handle the final leg of a project’s life. In this video course, viewers will learn practical tips for managing projects on a day-to-day basis, as well as how to apply the six-step problem-solving process to project management. In addition, learners will become familiar with how to conduct a post-project evaluation discussion and why it is so important to set up a change tracking process. Finally, viewers will learn how to manage project closure and will review the basic concepts discussed throughout the series.
