Welcome to the Identifying Project Parameters video lesson meant to analyze the three factors that create boundaries for projects: output, deadline, and resources. This video lesson is the second of 18 in the Project Management Pre-Work video course, which describes how to get projects off to a stellar start. In this lesson, viewers will learn how to determine what the overall priorities are in a project and gauge where there might be more flexibility. Learners will also come to understand the importance of starting the task of contingency planning right up front rather than waiting for issues to come up in the middle of the project.
