Welcome to the “Qualitative Methods” video lesson that explores the different ways to obtain qualitative feedback. This lesson is the first of two in the “Research Methods” series, which explores qualitative and quantitative research. In this lesson, the viewer will learn the differences between qualitative and quantitative research before exploring the five ways to obtain qualitative feedback. The learner will also become aware of the concerns with qualitative research.
