Strategic Planning (Part 1 of 4): Vision

Welcome to the “Strategic Planning: Vision” video lesson meant to highlight the critical role of a strategic vision in strategic planning. This video lesson is the first of four in the “Strategic Planning for Long-Term Success” video course, which teaches learners how to help their organization achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. In this lesson, viewers will learn the definition of strategic planning and realize how to distinguish between strategic planning and other forms of planning. In addition, learners will become familiar with the characteristics and qualitative elements of a strategic vision.
