Welcome to the “Strategic Planning: Process” video lesson meant to map out the steps for crafting a strategic plan. This video lesson is the third of four in the “Strategic Planning for Long-Term Success” video course, which teaches learners how to help their organization achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. From this lesson, viewers will learn how to convert their self-analysis and strategic vision requirements into a prioritized list and, ultimately, a fleshed out strategic plan. In addition, learners will receive a crash course on analyzing their resources to ensure the plan they come up with can reasonably be completed.
