Taking Family Leave: Asking for Support

Welcome to the “Taking Family Leave: Asking for Support” video lesson designed to help those who are taking family leave reach out when they need support. This lesson is the eighth of eleven in the “Taking Family Leave” course, which is designed to help employees effectively plan and return from a family leave so the transition in and out of the workplace is as smooth as possible. This lesson goes into why asking for help is difficult for most people and shares how to make it easier by explaining what to say, when to say it, and how to ask for help.
