Teenage Employees

Welcome to the “Teenage Employees” video course created to help managers effectively lead and connect with adolescent workers. This course, which comprises four video lessons, outlines key steps for managing teens productively and provides a crash course on how a teenager’s brain is wired. In addition, viewers will learn how to work productively with at-risk youth, as well as mentor and motivate teenage employees. Ultimately, learners should feel confident in their ability to relate to teenage employees on a human level and help them achieve success despite their youth.
