Overview

Microsoft Copilot Chat delivers the power of generative AI across Microsoft 365 through a single conversational canvas. The course centers on the two primary Copilot Chat surfaces: the standalone Microsoft 365 Chat experience (available in the browser, desktop, and mobile apps) and the in‑app Copilot Chat pane that appears in Teams, Outlook, and other Office applications.
