The Value of Time

Welcome to the “The Value of Time” video lesson meant to shape learners’ understanding of time. This video lesson is the first of five in the “Time Management Essentials” video course, which conveys the basics of effective time management. Throughout this lesson, viewers will learn that time must be managed differently from other resources—in fact, one can only manage themselves in relation to time. In addition, learners will come to realize just how much discretionary time they have and how important it is to use it wisely.
