What is Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)?

Welcome to the “What Is Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)?” lesson intended to introduce learners to the updated term of DEIB, which stands for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. In this lesson, viewers will learn about each term, the importance of updating the language we use to talk about diversity, and what unconscious biases are. After viewing, learners will walk away with a broader understanding of workplace equality, and why equity is a more inclusive goal.
